Our Commitment to Satisfaction

At Michèle , we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality leather handbags that meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a same-day return or exchange policy once you have received the product from our courier partner. 

Same-Day Return Policy - After receiving the product a same day return will only be accepted or considered eligible.

You may return or exchange any unused and undamaged item the same day you receive it from our courier partner once the product is received for a full refund. We would need to be notified on the same day itself whether the product met your expectations or not. Any return happening post the day it has been received by you will not be considered or be eligible for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging as it was received with all their HangTags Intact, thank you cards inside the box ,Tissue Paper and the Ribbon wrapped on the outside black box. The outer black box should not be cracked, scratched or bear any form of damage else the product will NOT be eligible for a return or exchange ! 

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. You will need to notify us via an email at Michele.luxu@gmail.com to request a return authorization number (RA) by giving us a valid reason for the return on the same day itself after the product was received. 
  2. Pack the unused and undamaged item in its original packaging, including all HangTags Intact, thank you cards inside the box ,tissue paper and the ribbon wrapped on the outside box. The product should not be scratched / bear pen or ink marks, or have any form of damage and the outer black box should not be cracked / broken or have any form of damage either else the product will NOT be eligible for a return or exchange. Our courier partner will be conducting a thorough inspection of the product before it is picked up from the mentioned address. 
  3. After validating the reason for return , our courier partner would then come to your mentioned pick up address to collect the package in its original form and the expected pick up date would be between 3 to 5 business days. It might be earlier as well. 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale Products - if you have purchased the product from the website during a Sale Period Or when any offer was being run, then it will NOT be eligible for a return or an exchange. 
  • Products damaged by mishandling or if the product is stained , torn or if the handle / strap of the bag is broken or even if the buckle of the handbag is removed or broken it will not be considered for a return or an exchange. 
  • Products with wear & tear will not be eligible for return or an exchange.

Leather, as a natural substance, exhibits the tendency to acquire scratches, soften and undergo color shifts as it ages. It's essential to understand that these changes are inherent qualities and not indicative of manufacturing defects.
